2. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods on www.blesco.dk for delivery in Denmark as well as abroad, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Ordering and Payment

You can order goods via our webshop.

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT for sales within Denmark.

For deliveries to other countries, all prices are stated in EURO (EUR) prices may be exclusive of VAT, and the buyer is responsible for any customs duties and VAT in the recipient country.

Payment can be made using Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal

The amount will only be charged when the goods are dispatched.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses worldwide.

Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal for distance sales, starting from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the deadline expires.

You must return the goods in substantially the same condition and quantity.

You bear the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

6. Warranty

You have a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

The warranty covers defects that existed at the time of delivery.

You must notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the defect.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the goods.

8. Privacy Policy

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).

The purpose is to deliver the goods, process payment, and provide customer service.

You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

9. Governing Law and Venue

Purchases of goods on the webshop are subject to Danish law.

Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts
